Honor yourself, raise your sword and do not back down ! Don't give away your power so easily.

Fear is a very real emotion that will keep you from reaching your goals or handle a situation.What will you do when you have this fear? How do you encourage yourself to use the fear as fuel and do it anyway?

When the emotion fear slips into my mind and body I always focus on breathing into my heart center and keeping at all times a positive image of the situation or goal in my mind. Is it easy? No, it is not. But I trust that things will work out. For my Highest Good.

There are over 50 different fears. What is yours?

-Once I get there I wont really want it anymore

-I don't have the focus to maintain success

-I won't be good enough to follow through

-What will people think of me when I do my best but fail?

-I will even lose more respect for myself

-Fear that I am inadequate

-I will not be able to continue creating and be innovative

-I wont have the financial funds to support my project

-What if the goal does not make my happy?

-What if I am not a good leader?

-Fear that I will not find the right words

-Fear of conflict
