Who am I? Ask yourself. We all should ask ourselves. If I ask participants before we start a workshop to introduce themselves they always tell me the same things. They tell me their name, their age, their profession and where they live. Than they start telling about their family. The name of their partner, how many kids they have and also their names and ages. Why do we do that? Probably because we think that telling about the things we like, or dislike, would be to personal. Is it invading our privacy? Or is it noone else his business? Or maybe it is because allmost everybody tells these things when they introduce themselves. These are all things that determine wether you fit in society or not. Well, yes, I agree, it might be strange to tell someone you dont know very well your favorite food or favorite holiday destination. Or to tell them what you are passionate about, the books you have read and the music that makes you happy. If they click on your face book page they will know it anyway, no? And ,it could lead to a nice conversation, it could eliminate you from judging..

So, I invite you to introduce yourself. Or at least admit to yourself who you are and who you are not. You dont need to share your deepest thoughts...Well, I am a lightworker and intuitive healer, I love spicy thai food, the best moment of the day is drinking my morning coffee outside on the terrace, I have a book of positive aspects I like to read and write in, mantras from Snatam Kaur totally lift my energy, Spain, Thailand and Bali are my favorite destinations, I like reading books about shamanism and energy healing, I am fascinated about crystals, oracle, tarot cards , feel happy when listening to sweet dreams, love traveling, change, other cultures and have some fear issues to solve.
