First thing to do when fear pops up in your mind and body is to tell yourself that fear is only an emotion caused by worry and self doubt and that it can not harm you. Close your eyes, connect with your body and take a few deep breaths.Visualize fear leaving your mouth when breathing out in the form of dark smoke. Focussing on your breath will take your mind of the fear.
Fear is not the same as danger. With fear you worry about things that could happen.
You don´t have to be stopped by fear. Once you have crossed your comfort zone, fear will be transformed into excitement about the new adventure!
