8 ways to connect with your Spirit guides

1. Ask for help. Your guides can not help you if you dont ask them too. Nothing is too complex, too big or too small. I always ask for a good parking space and they have never let me down!

2. Thank you. Don´t forget to thank your guides for their advice, presence and help. Even if you are not always aware of them , they are surrounding you and guiding you.

3. No expectations. Don´t have any ecxpectations about how your Spirit guides should look like or how your connection is made. It ´s important to know that this is YOUR connection and they will contact you in a way that vibrates with your energy. I often hear lyrics of songs when they want to pass me a message.

4. Intuitive writing can be a good way to recieve messages from Spirit. Just try it out but don´t give up if it does not succeed the first time.

5. Trust that an answer or message is given, you might want to give it some time to unfold. Trust in Spirit will increase your bond.

6. A diary is a good way to communicate with your Higher Self and to write down all the signs you encounter or dreams you experience. You might not see it at first but reading your diary at another time can give you a new or different insight or point of view.

7. Meditation. I always meet my Spirit guides in a special place in the Upperworld while journeying. A special place to meet will make you feel safe and mediation will also help to silent your mind and be more receptive for guidance.

8. You can always ask for a sign to confirm their presence or to validate your questions. I always feel a stroke on my face when one of my guides is visiting. When I was invited to a birthday party I asked Spirit how many friends would join us tonight. I saw 6 ravens sitting on an electricity wire while driving on the motorway towards the party. When I arrived, table was set for six and six girl friends joined the party!
