Lighting a candle

Lighting a candle can be a very powerful ritual. By lighting a candle you bring love and light into your life. It opens the room.

I always light a candle before a workshop, reading or healing session and use this intention to enforce its power:

Spirit,

Please infuse this candle with loving energy

So that each person in this circle

Will feel the touch of your Blessing

The kiss of your compassion

and the solace of your arms

With this Light we are guided, garded and protected.
