Desire

Creative visualization is something that keeps me busy, every day. As the spiritual teacher Esther Hicks said:" 17 seconds of focused, pleasurable visualization is stronger than 2000 hours of working to obtain a goal". This is the first step when you want to reach your goals. Visualize it, see it, feel it, imagine it as if it is already present in your life, right here, right now. Okay. I can do that. That is the fun part. And than you take action. You make the first step towards your goal. That is the less fun part of it. because It all sounds very simple. It is not. It takes courage to take that first step. Oh yes, lots of! But all about that later because I have found that that is not the most difficult step at all ! WHAT DO YOU WANT ? what is your heart´s desire? You can not start visualizing if you are not CRYSTAL CLEAR about what you want. That is the big question. THAT is the hardest part. Being realistic is exactly that what has been holding you back all along. There will always be a reason or excuse to not set that goal. "Dare to dream big enough".Don´t put yourself in a box! Don´t think about what other people want, what society wants, your parents or environment want. Don´t be limited in any way..Define your goal ! I invite you to be super honest with yourself. Astonish yourself. Like Marten Luther King once said: "I have a dream..."I invite you to pause for a moment, close your eyes and dream!
